Johnson Commits to San Jac

The Ontario Nationals are proud to announce that 2026 RHP Oscar Johnson has committed to continue his academic and athletic career at San Jacinto College, one of the premier junior college baseball programs in the country.

Oscar has been a member of the Nationals family since 14U, and over the past five years has developed into one of the program’s most respected competitors. His commitment to improvement, work ethic, and team-first mentality have played a major role in his growth both on and off the field.

Reflecting on his time with the Nationals, Oscar shared:

“Joining the Nats in 14U was one of the best decisions I have made. Playing with these guys for the past 5 years has given me a great love for the game because of the great camaraderie.”

After visiting San Jacinto, Oscar knew it was the right fit for the next stage of his baseball journey.

“When I visited San Jacinto College, it really felt like I belonged. All of the coaches and players were very welcoming.”

As he looks ahead to the future, Oscar is eager to embrace every opportunity that comes with competing at the next level.

“What I am most excited about in this next chapter of my ball career is becoming the best version of myself on and off the field and meeting new friends!”

Oscar’s dedication to his craft and the way he carries himself have made a lasting impact on the Nationals program. We are incredibly proud of all he has accomplished and excited to watch him continue his development at San Jacinto College.

Congratulations, Oscar, on this well-earned achievement. The entire Nationals family will be cheering you on as you begin this next chapter, and we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish both on the mound and beyond. Best of luck—we’ll be following your journey every step of the way.
